Being a doula is not a job, it's a life commitment.
My journey as a birth doula started 7 years ago, working with Latino Hispanas living in Toronto .
I have attended numerous births at homes, at the Birth Centre and at several hospitals.
As a certified doula, I believe my learning continues seeing parents in action everyday. As a prenatal yoga practitioner I find the balance to help mothers physically and emotionally. In my doula life, I have been extremely lucky to have the best mentors and I am very thankful for their teachings.
He tenido excelentes maestras y continúo aprendiendo día a día, trabajando juntos a parteras y familias.
